Wes Skiles is a world-renowned cave diver and award-winning underwater photographer and documentary filmmaker based in High Springs, Florida. During the past 15 years he has produced and directed over a dozen major films on adventure and science, including most recently the IMAX film "Journey into Amazing Caves" and a film for National Geographic in Antarctica on exploring the largest iceberg in recorded history.

Water's Journey Film

Jill Heinerth is one of the top female cave divers in the world and producer for the "Water's Journey" film documentary. Since relocating from the Cayman Islands to Florida in 1996, she has participated in diving and caving expeditions to Mexico, Antarctica, and throughout the United States. In 2000, Jill was inducted into the Women Divers Hall of Fame and recognized as Canadian Technical Diver of the Year.

Russell Sparkman, founder of FusionSpark Media, is the digital photographer and executive producer for the springs online expedition. Sparkman is also creator of the award-winning wilderness documentary web production OneWorldJourneys.com. He is the co-author of Essentials of Digital Photography and also serves on the board of directors of Blue Earth Alliance, a nonprofit organization supporting environmental and cultural photo-documentary projects.

Kevin is co-founder and vice president of marketing for FusionSpark Media and plays a central role in the day-to-day development of the company's business relationships, editorial projects and the marketing of FSM's productions. Kevin has more than 15 years of marketing communications experience in both agency and nonprofit sectors, including 10 years as director of public affairs and community relations the largest organ donor and transplant agency in the U.S. During his career in communications, he has received special recognition and a number of awards for his work. Kevin received a bachelor of arts degree in Journalism from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Peter Lane Taylor is an explorer, photographer, author, and documentary film producer focusing on extreme science and adventure subject matter. Peter's award-winning new book, Science at the Extreme, which chronicles the work of scientists who risk their lives in the field to understand planet earth, was the subject of profiles in the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Los Angeles Times, as well as programs on National Public Radio and BBC World Service Radio.

Toby Malina is the technical wizard behind FusionSpark Media's online documentary expeditions, ensuring that digital images, audio, and video make it from remote wilderness areas back to the home production team via satellite telephone. She has spent the past thirteen years working in the technical field including seven years as the Technical and Editorial Director for Thunder Lizard Productions.
